Description
The Volunteer Tutoring Program matches employees and visiting scholars with tutors who provide one-on-one instruction in English conversation, basic English reading and writing skills, and learning about U. S. culture. Tutors can get free training. Learners and tutors agree on the meeting times and locations that work best for them. This introductory session will include time for Q&A. Advance registration is not required. UW employees, students, and community members are welcome to volunteer.
