“Asian futures, without Asians,” is a multimedia performative lecture by artist Astria Suparak that asks, "What does it mean when so many white filmmakers envision futures inflected by Asian culture, but devoid of actual Asian people?
A panel discussion will follow at 8:30pm with Professors Preeti Chopra, Derek Johnson, & Nam Kim, moderated by Helen Lee.
