Facilitation is its own skillset, and building psychological safety on your team is a learned skill. Whether you lead meetings or participate in them, this virtual workshop will give you practical tools to bring more balance, engagement and inclusion into your group's work.
You'll explore four facilitation strategies and gain hands-on practice applying them to real-life scenarios.
This virtual workshop is offered by the Office of Community, Climate & Engagement (CCE) as part of the 2026 Org Culture virtual workshop series for DoIT staff. This event will not be recorded.
