Join WUD Cuisine and MENA Programming in a cooking demonstration where you'll learn how the Middle Eastern dishes Freekeh and Fatoush are made by home chef Esteban Ali with a South Asian twist. Esteban is co-founder of OSO Chai Co. in Milwaukee. Free samples of both dishes will be provided along with chai. RSVP
