Description
During this workshop, you will learn how active meditation can help calm racing thoughts, reduce stress, and improve focus. You will be introduced to mindfulness practices and techniques to use anywhere, anytime, creating greater mental clarity and presence. You will also be guided through mindful hand stitching.
