Katherine (Kathy) Cramer is the Natalie C. Holton Chair of L&S and the Virginia Sapiro Professor of Political Science at UW–Madison. A UW–Madison graduate (B.A., 1994) with a Ph.D. from the University of Michigan (2000), she is widely recognized for her innovative research on political culture.
