Effective teaching is a skill that develops through reflection, practice, and continuous improvement. In this one-hour workshop, participants will explore strategies for recognizing the expert awareness gap, communicating without dismissive language, and using feedback to strengthen their teaching. Attendees will also receive guidance on developing a personalized teaching philosophy that reflects their values, goals, and approach to learning.
