Description
Join Talkie-LM creators Nick Levine and Alec Radford for an interactive working session bridging technical computing and humanistic research. Through small-group discussions and hands-on demonstrations, participants will explore optical character recognition (OCR) text processing, local model infrastructure, and archival workflows for pre-1931 datasets. No previous experience is required, though bringing a laptop is helpful. Lunch included; registration required.
