Women in Tech & Innovation Night
Lightning talks, mentoring, and connection with the Tech Exploration Lab.
Event Details
Following the cancellation of this year's Grace Hopper Celebration, groups across campus* are gathering to provide a local forum for the UW–Madison students who lost the chance to meet women leading and building careers in tech and innovation.
Join us the night before what would have been GHC's opening day for an informal evening of lightning talks — honest stories about breaking in, facing challenges, building a career and leading in tech — and networking with fellow students, professionals, and technologists from Madison.
* This event is hosted in collaboration with Transcend UW, WACM, Women in Entrepreneurship, UW–Madison College of Computing and AI, Wisconsin School of Business, Madison Women in Tech and Women in Technology Wisconsin.
We value inclusion and access for all participants and are pleased to provide reasonable accommodations for this event. Please email sandra.bradley@wisc.edu to make a disability-related accommodation request. Reasonable effort will be made to support your request.
