Description
It has become difficult to ignore the key role that social media play in everyday life, from interactions with students who use Facebook as their primary gateway to information through Twitter's influence on the recent Iranian elections. Sean C. Duncan argues for the importance of an aggressive use of social media by graduate students in education heading out into the academic job market. Sean is a doctoral candidate and is transitioning to a faculty position at Miami University in Ohio.
