Presented (in Spanish) by Flavio Solorzano, executive chef and owner of "El Senorio del Sulco," a renowned restaurant in Lima, Peru, that devotes itself to preserving traditional Peruvian dishes and techniques. Solorzano's dishes have earned him the reputation of being one of Latin America's top 10 chefs. A light lunch and beverages will be served.
