This event will include the welcome address by the Wisconsin Tibetan Association president, opening prayers by Tibetan monks from the Deer Park Buddhist Center, a Welcome speech by Director of Center for South Asia J. M. Kenoyer, an address by Mayor Dave Cieslewicz, a welcome dance by Tibetan Language School children, and a reception.
