Embracing Change

Accepting change can be a critical challenge in our lives, whether it relates to transitions in workplace structures, procedures, locations or relationships. This workshop will be useful for understanding the change process, help us sort out the types of resistance commonly experienced and how they may best be embraced, and offer strategies for ‘moving on’ in our professional (and personal) lives.
