FDA Regulations in Human Subject Research

This seminar will cover those parts of the FDA regulations that apply to research with human subjects. Included in this topic will be the differences between the FDA regulations and the Common Rule, when an IND is required, regulations that apply to the use of a Humanitarian Use Device and expanded access protocols.
