Description
The is the second evening program hosted by the Badger Meat Science Club. During this two-hour program, participants will help manufacture two different kinds of sausage: Fresh Bratwurst and Smoked Jalapeno Cheddar Sausage. Information covered will include the basics of both fresh and smoked sausage products, and the manufacturing processes inherent to these meat products. Participants will take home samples of both products made during the program.
