Description
Deborah Hoffman, doctoral candidate in ELPA, will discuss her research on principal leadership and social justice. Using her own experience for reflection, she employs autoethnographic methods to explore the following research questions: How does a principal lead for social justice? How does a principal simultaneously learn about and lead for social justice? What contradictions arise in social justice leadership, and how should a principal respond to these contradictions?
