Come hear Jonny Hunter talk about the Underground Food Collective, a loose collection of like-minded foodies who ran a catering company that specialized in menus relying on organic produce and regional sourcing. They opened the Underground Kitchen in fall 2010, only to see it destroyed by fire in less than a year. Jonny will describe how his master's in public policy has helped him overcome these obstacles and succeed as an entrepreneur.
