Guest Alison Mackey, an assistant professor at Cal Poly, will present joint work with Shad Morris (Ohio State) that examines the nature of knowledge creation and the appropriation of its value among individuals and firms with a discussion of the implications for competitive advantage in larger organizations and entrepreneurial ventures.
