INSITE Research Seminar

INSITE's next research seminar will feature Ingrid Smithey Fulmer, an associate professor in the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University. Fulmer will present work examining the nature and importance of relationships between leaders in an organization and valuable employees who are leaving the firm. This work highlights the importance of post-exit relationships and their implications for the ways in which organizations facilitate knowledge sharing and innovation.
