Water touches all aspects of the food chain from farm to table. Water is the most common food or beverage component ingredient, and it is also critical in cleaning operations. This one-day symposium will address recognition of the critical role of water quality throughout pre- and post-harvest food production and consider whether current water quality standards are sufficient to address the needs of the food industry.
