UW-Madison Lakeshore Nature Preserve Volunteer Opportunity

Help care for the Preserve by removing woody invasive plants. Learn about native ecosystems, meet new people, get exercise, and enjoy the outdoors! Training and tools provided. Groups and minors allowed with advance notice. Bring your own warm work gloves. Dress for outdoor work. Event will be canceled in case of rain/snow. Meet at Frautschi Point parking lot on Lake Mendota Drive. On the 80 bus route.
