Horticulture 125th Anniversary Celebration

The Department of Horticulture will celebrate its 125th anniversary with a symposium and party on Thursday, June 19. The event kicks off with a welcome reception at 9 a.m., followed by a brief tree-planting ceremony in the Allen Centennial Gardens. The symposium will run from 10:30 a.m. to about 3 p.. in the Microbial Sciences Building, after which participants will reconvene in the Allen Centennial Gardens for the 19th annual Horticulture Garden Party.
