Making Connections

Designed by UW-Madison Transportation Services, this pathway makes connections from west side neighborhoods into the heart of campus. Join the community, Bucky and the UW Band in a parade from University Bay Drive to the artful new bridge over Walnut Street. Also see one of the nation’s largest solar lighting installations, provided by MGE, and enjoy MGE’s solar energy exhibit, bicycle commuting tips, kids activities and more.
