Explore effective techniques for instruction in life sciences courses. The Department of Zoology is co-hosting the workshop for all who teach life science courses to majors or non-majors.
Topics include infusing traditional lecture courses with simple activities, making effective use of technology and designing entire courses that embrace active learning methods. Hands-on sessions provide ideas that you can adapt for your own teaching.
