Communicating with Public Audiences

In this panel, UW-Madison faculty will discuss how to talk about academic research with a wide variety of people and media outlets, as well as how to involve community members and organizations into your scholarship. These panelists have experience in a wide range of public communication and engagement and will share their tips on becoming a public scholar. In addition, panelists will also host a workshop about adapting papers, articles, or ideas for a public communication piece.
