Inclusive Sexual Health History Taking in the Primary Care Setting

Health disparities faced by LGBTQ+ people are often the result of inadequate access to health care as well as insufficient provider training. Taking an inclusive sexual health history from patients of all sexual orientations and gender identities can improve health outcomes, whether they have HIV or not.
