Opening Reception for Social Threads

Join us in celebrating the first exhibition of the CDMC’s 2023-24 exhibition season, Social Threads: Making, Mending, and Maintaining Community. On view starting September 13 in the Lynn Mecklenburg Textile Gallery, Social Threads brings together objects from the Helen Louise Allen Textile Collection that exemplify how textiles constitute and sustain communities.
