Thrive Workshops offers students opportunities to build skills and gain tools to support academic performance, relationships, and overall wellbeing.

The Self-Compassion & Coping workshop is designed to teach you how to treat yourself with kindness and navigate difficult emotions with greater ease. You will gain new skills for practicing self-compassion in your daily life.
