People aging with HIV face unique barriers affecting access to care and care seeking behaviors. Social isolation is a concern for all older adults and particularly for older adults with HIV who might have been disconnected from families, friends, and social networks. This webinar will introduce the Geriatric 5Ms framework used to develop a more holistic approach to caring for older adults with a focus on strategies to identify and manage social isolation in older adults with HIV.
