This talk will examine how visual science communication can make environmental risk more understandable & actionable. Using a community-engaged ice safety project as a central case study, Li will discuss how visual communication, like data visualizations, message frame & efficacy cues, shape individuals' risk perception and decision-making in the context of climate driven environmental change.
