Description
Spend your Wednesday evenings bowling at Sett Recreation. Join the UW Graduate Student Bowling League for five weeks of friendly competition, casual play and a fun way to connect with other graduate students. No experience is required and all skill levels are welcome! Who: Graduate Students When: Wednesdays from 6-9 PM, March 18-April 22* Mar. 18, 25 Apr. 8, 15, 22 *There will be no league play on April 1 (Spring Break) The first league night on March 18 will begin at 5 PM with a welcome event featuring complimentary food from Sett Pub and beverages provided by Red Bull. Weekly league play includes in-game challenges, exclusive food and drink perks and a chance to advance to a Championship Bowl-Off. Where: Sett Rec, in the lower level of Union South Take the stairs or elevator near the Hotel Desk Cost: Team registration fee: $200 Cost is $50 per person, which is only $10 a week! Cost Includes Bowling Lane rental from 6–9 PM Shoe Rental free pitcher of soda and a pizza every week per team At the conclusion of each 5-week league, the winning team will advance to a Championship Bowl-Off on Monday, April 27 (6:00–9:00 PM). Championship prizes include: • A trophy • Free paid entry into the Fall semester bowling league • Team name added to the Wall of Fame" Fill Out Registration Form Individuals/ Teams must fill out the registration form by March 14. Registration is first come, first served. Sign up as a group or let us help match you with others. Registration closes March 14 . Payment will be collected the first league night on March 18.
