In this presentation, Jay Ford, PhD, will explore a frequently used group of implementation strategies - facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and champions - clarifying the activities and competencies associated with each and what distinguishes them from one another. He will also examine the theory behind how and why these strategies work and share examples of their use in national UW initiatives such as the NIATx program.
