Description
Go behind the bullseye and experience Target through the lens of store leadership. Students will spend the day learning from Target Store Directors, Executive Team Leaders (ETLs) and early-career professionals about leadership, team development, guest experience, merchandising, operations and retail business strategy.
The experience will include a Target and Early Careers presentation, leadership panel, behind-the-scenes store tour, networking lunch and an interactive “You’re the ETL” challenge.
