Ed Janus of Madison will discuss his new book, "Creating Dairyland." In his book, Janus explores the beginnings of dairying here 150 years ago. He helps readers understand why there are cows in Wisconsin, how farmers became responsible stewards of our resources and how cows have paid them back for their efforts.
