Teaching Academy 2013 Fall Kickoff

Giving prompt feedback is listed as one of the "seven principles for good practice in undergraduate education" (Chickering and Gamson, 1987). As an instructor, how do you use feedback to help your students learn? How do we provide feedback that is useful to student learning, efficient for busy instructors, and timely? The 2013 Teaching Academy Fall Kickoff workshop will explore the principles and practice of enhancing student learning through frequent, timely, and effective feedback.
