Stop by this official Wisconsin Welcome event and see the first two floors of the library transformed into a carnival full of excitement. Enjoy free food (pizza, cotton candy, popcorn), games, prizes, arts & crafts, and entertainment (jugglers, belly-dancers, WSUM). New this year - our first-ever obstacle course!
