Tuesday, March 14, 2017

John Witte, La Follette School of Public Affairs, will review the changing status of “tax expenditures” (loopholes) from 1975 to 2015, arguing that classical tax reform is very improbable and that effort should be directed toward trying to establish guidelines for which should be supported and which cut back or eliminated.
