Kayse Maass is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Industrial and Operations Engineering at the University of Michigan, a visiting scholar at the University of Minnesota's Carlson School Chain & Operations Department, and has a research appointment with the Department of Health Sciences Research at the Mayo Clinic. Her primary research focuses on new methods of integrating various operational strategies into facility location models to mitigate the traditional hard capacity constraints.
