Why is it so important for small children to plant seeds and play with worms? Join us to find out how crucial it is to encourage children from 0-5 years of age to get on a healthy track in life. We will discuss how gardening and edible education intersects beautifully with early childhood health and nutrition. Walk away with ideas for getting any little one in your life interested in growing and eating veggies and some inspiration to feed your "inner child" healthy foods as well!
