Wear Green, Support Mental Health & Suicide Prevention
Members of the UW-Madison campus community can come together and show collective support for mental health and suicide prevention by wearing green on Tuesday, September 19th!
Today, September 19, 2017
Green is the color for mental health awareness and is widely adopted by UW-Madison student organizations and advocates as a symbol that represents hope and positivity related to mental health. Wearing green on September 19th demonstrates that you do not accept or endorse the stigma that surrounds seeking help. Mental Health Matters at UW-Madison will be giving away prizes to UW students and employees throughout the day for those who engage with us on Facebook!
