Description
TARIQ ALI is a distinguished writer, filmmaker, theorist, and was a leader of the movements against the Vietnam and Iraq wars in the UK. He has written more than two dozen books on world history and politics, and seven novels. He is an editor of New Left Review. Following his lecture, Tariq Ali will be joined on stage for an interview with journalist DAVID BARSAMIAN of Alternative Radio. Tariq Ali's visit is co-sponsored by the History Department.
