For a business to be successful, it must be able to accurately forecast, or reasonably predict, what is going to happen in the future. Forecasts help to drive integrated business planning – the planning that helps decide whether to build or close down a plant, add or remove products from a portfolio, and drive supply chain activities and investor confidence.
This course will teach you the importance of demand forecasts and how you can successfully prepare to sell next month (full on webpage).
