Description
Please join the Historical Society in recognizing Native American history and culture through archival material from the 18th century forward. Tom Jones, co-author of People of the Big Voice, will offer a lecture and answer questions. Then, examine treasures of American Indian history in the beautifully restored library reading room. Materials include photographs, treaty statements, oral history interviews, maps, tribal publications, and native language materials. Free, open to the public.
