Highly Developed Teams Workshop

The Willis L. Jones Leadership Center is a part of the Wisconsin Union. The goal of the JLC is to inspire and prepare students to work in partnership with others to positively transform themselves, their peers and their communities. In order to reach this goal, the JLC holds FREE leadership seminars for all students and staff. Our seminars provide students with an open, inclusive environment where they learn the information they need in order to discover their leadership abilities. In this workshop, participants will learn more about effective team development practices so that they can create a sense of shared leadership within teams. We will address how to manage conflict, create inclusive environments, and what it means to act as a collective force.  Sign up here!
