Guest Speaker: Chef David Heide

This week at our committee meeting, we will be joined by a special guest speaker. David Heide is the executive chef of Liliana's Restaurant in Fitchburg and award-winning Charlie's on Main in Oregon. He was also voted Best Madison Chef in 2017. He will be discussing how he achieved his culinary and popular success, what being a part of the culinary scene in Madison is like, and his influences/future goals.
