Description
Join the UW-Madison 2018 APIDA Heritage Month and 2018 MENA Heritage Month- UW-Madison in the Multicultural Student Center Lounge for a collaboration event on Orientalism and its current implications in the music industry. We will be exploring the term Orientalism, analyzing a variety of music videos, and defining the lines between cultural appropriation vs appreciation.
