Collected here are the artworks of 173 non-professional visual artists who received top awards in the 23 regional Wisconsin Regional Art Program (WRAP) exhibits held in towns and cities across Wisconsin in 2017-18. Begun in the 1940s by UW’s College of Agriculture, the WRAP’s goal is to encourage amateur Wisconsin artists of all skill levels, to come together to exhibit their work, receive critiques, and interact with other artists.
