Using the SHOW Population-Based Microbiome Research Core

Dr. Ajay Sethi will present on opportunities to carry out microbiome research in the SHOW. In 2017, Population-Based Microbiome Research Core (PMRC) was established with an infrastructure grant from the UW-Madison Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research and Graduate Education to build up and expand a data and biospecimen bank developed with support from the Wisconsin Partnership Program. The PMRC is available to assist campus researchers and trainees to conduct microbiome research using SHOW.
