Organizations’ strategic planning is not cheap. Such activities could take 4 to 6 months and $1.2 billion dollars in multinational corporations. The Mission Statement(s) (MS) construct is used as the column of any strategic planning. Therefore, this seminar will present the MS purpose, the differences in their use between geographical regions and economic sectors, and most used key terms and concepts. We'll frame our remarks on a worldwide sample of research/innovation-orientated organizations.
