Tales from Planet Earth Film Series

We invite you to join the Nelson Institute for a screening and discussion of the film Breaking Trail, which follows Emily Ford as she becomes the first woman and person of color to embark on a thru-hike, or point to point, of the Ice Age Trail in winter. Two screenings will be held, at the UW UW South Madison Partnership (Feb. 7) and Marquee Theater in Union South (Feb. 8).
